John Jay daly of chevy
chase, Md., passed away
on Aug. 27, 2009. An
NsA member since 1978,
daly was elected three
times to three-year terms on the Board of
directors. he founded the National capital
chapter in 1980, and served twice as its
president in the 90s. daly also served on
the boards of the Alzheimer’s Association
and the National capital chapter of the
salvation Army.
