Ethics Ruling
Based on its recent investigation and in
accordance with NSA adopted ethics
procedures, the NSA Ethics Committee
has voted to suspend Jim Mathis from
NSA membership for a
period of one year for
violation of Article 4
(Intellectual Property)
of the NSA Code of
Professional Ethics.
He also cannot
use his CSP
designation
during this
time.
