The NSA Foundation is proud to
announce its 2011 Scholarship recipients, chosen from 43 applicants.
Each year, four students who study
speech or related fields are selected to
receive $5,000 scholarships. This year’s
committee, chaired by Jane Jenkins
Herlong, CSP, and composed of Linda
Swindling, CSP, JD; Patrick Henry;
Anne Walker, MEd, CCE; and Francine
D. Ward, Esq., hand-picked the winners
based on academic excellence, financial
need, and their desire to make professional speaking a part of their career.
