After months of trying to get my
business coach, Steve Straus, to take
the StrengthsFinder® assessment, he
finally called in December 2004 with his
results. As we were talking, I hurriedly
pieced together my interpretation of his
top five talents using a simple graphical
desktop program, then emailed him his
Core Clarity® charts.
